Squad on scene of a Vehicle Accident-Entrapment in the 1100 block of Rostraver Road. Crews used the HURST Jaws of Life to extricate one occupant from a vehicle over the embankment. The patient was transported by Rostraver West Newton Emergency Services to a local hospital.
