RCFD units on scene of Utility/Wires Down in the 100 block of Finley Road. No injuries were reported. Finley Road will be closed between Tri-County Lane and Holiday Inn Express until Monday 4/21 by West Penn Power while repairs are conducted on downed utility poles. There is no access to Gabe’s Plaza or for through traffic.
