RCFD regretfully announces the passing of Life Member Douglas M. Martin. Doug joined the department in 1980 and served as Fire Chief during the 1990s. He was formerly employed as a Telecommunications Officer by the Westmoreland County Department of Public Safety. There will be no public visitation or services.
