RCFD units on scene of a Vehicle Accident-Commercial on I-70 East at Mile 47. A tractor-trailer struck a maintenance vehicle and was disabled into the barrier on the Yough Bridge. Rostraver West Newton Emergency Services transported one patient to a local hospital. Fire crews controlled fluids leaking from the truck and assisted with traffic control.
