RTFD units on scene of a Vehicle Accident-Commercial on Interstate 70 West near mile 47 where a tractor trailer struck the guardrail, adjacent to the earlier crash scene. Two occupants were evaluated by Rostraver West Newton Emergency Services on scene. I-70 is restricted to one lane while the scene is cleared.
