RTFD units on scene of a Vehicle Accident-Entrapment in the 1900 block of Rostraver Road. One patient was confined and extricated using the HURST Jaws of Life. One patient was transported by Rostraver West Newton Emergency Services to a local hospital. Rostraver Road was closed to all traffic for a short period while the scene was cleared.
